    The TUM Gin is characterized by a spicy mixture of nutmeg and coriander. A soothing balance takes place through the interplay of lemon and orange peel, which give it its characteristic freshness. In addition to the fruity notes, hints of lavender can be seen, which ensure a soft finish.
    For several years now, a TUM alumnus has brought his knowledge acquired in Weihenstephan as operations manager to the distillery Psenner and will continue to teach it to the TUM students in the lecture "Brennereitechnologie". The result of traditional craftsmanship and engineering knowledge at the highest level can be seen and, above all, tasted!
