    The basis for the TUM Old Williams Christmas Pear brandy is already created in the selection of fruits. The pears from the existing generations of South Tyrolean orchards of the family Psenner are handpicked and subjected to a strict control to ensure the highest possible quality of the final product. Through the two-year storage period, the fruit brandy develops a full flavor, which impresses with its intense and fruity aroma.
    For several years now, a TUM alumnus has brought his knowledge acquired in Weihenstephan as operations manager to the distillery Psenner and will continue to teach it to the TUM students in the lecture "Brennereitechnologie".
    The result of traditional craftsmanship and engineering knowledge at the highest level can be seen and, above all, tasted!
